Onsite Calibration Services
For the ultimate in convenience, choose onsite calibration services from Exacto Calibration Services.
Our coordinators handle all aspects of onsite calibration services, from scheduling to document delivery. They will also assign the appropriate field service calibration Engineer's and answer all of your instrument - related questions.

Your Onsite Visit
To set up an onsite visit, please follow these steps:
Send us a list of instruments to be calibrated and a PO number. Your documentation is required to ensure you obtain the correct service. If applicable, please specify the need for accredited service by including "ISO/IEC 17025 Accredited Calibration" on the purchase order.
Schedule an onsite calibration technician to visit your company. Call our coordinators at +91-9873604099& 011-28566540to make arrangements. You can select the combination of availability and technical expertise that works best for you.
Prepare for the visit. Coordinate the timing of the visit with your instrument users and schedule workspace for use on the appointed days. Also, make security arrangements and stage the instruments for calibration (including shutdown and/or breakdown).
Expedited Calibration Services
In the calibration business, turnaround is king. We know not having access to your equipment for long periods of time is simply unacceptable.
Our turnaround goal at Exacto Calibration Services - seven or fewer working days – isn't always fast enough for some clients. That's why we offer expedited calibration services.
We schedule expedited calibration services upon request - but please be sure to provide advance notice. Also, specify equipment details such as manufacturer, model number, serial number, control number and item description prior to pick - up, drop - off or shipping of your equipment.
Please note:
We do not offer expedited calibration services for equipment that requires a datasheet to be created.
Not all equipment can be expedited on the same day or overnight.
Our Guarantee
We understand how important your test equipment and good measurement are to the quality of your service or product. If you are not completely satisfied with an Exacto calibration, we will recalibrate the unit to make sure it meets specifications.
